A.Ideally, I like to shoot either early morning or before sunset as the lighting is best at these times and you will get the best photo’s however, another time frame can also be arranged if this is not suitable to you.

My sessions take place at an outdoor location of your choice or my suggestion. I also have an indoor studio space set up in my home that has an abundance of natural light that produces stunning imagery for Portrait and Lifestyle Sessions.

A.A. Something that you are comfortable in! I encourage movement in my sessions so something that will allow you to do this at ease would be ideal. I do recommend not wearing anything with a logo or bright colours or patterns that may be distracting from your images. I want to capture your story and keeping the clothing more simple will help to allow for that to really come through in your images. In saying that, I love to capture images in earthy, neutral, mustard, olive or rust tones and boho also looks fantastic. Floral dresses can be beautiful too. If you are still unsure of what to wear please get in touch and I can help make some suggestions for you. I also have a client wardrobe available with some beautiful hand picked dresses and I have some selected baby and children’s clothing available for you to use for your session.

A.I keep a close eye on the weather leading up to and on the day of your scheduled shoot and in the unfortunately event that there is bad weather and you have an outdoor session booked I will be in contact with you to reschedule the session that is at a suitable time for us both.

If for some unexpected reason you are not able to make your scheduled shoot, it would be great if you could let me know as soon as possible so a suitable reschedule time may be arranged.

A.A. A 20% non-refundable deposit via bank transfer or cash will be required to secure your booking. The full balance must be paid in full before your session takes place.

A.Prints are included in selected packages and also separately for purchase.

A.The turn around time for all sessions is up to 4 weeks with the exception of weddings which are approximately 8 weeks.

A.I do ask all of my clients to sign a contract once booking with me. This contract must be signed before your session takes place.

A.Absolutely! I love to travel and love shooting in new locations. Anything 30kms outside of Bendigo will incur a travel fee. Please get in touch if you would like a quote.

A.Honestly just book the session in and surprise him! But seriously. The session will probably be completely different to what he is expecting it to be. It’s not all just looking directly at the camera and smiling all the time. In fact, nearly all of my most favourite images that I have taken are when you are not looking into the camera at all. While there will be a few posed pictures most of the images I like to capture are of you interacting as a family and the natural moments that stem and unfold from this. I promise it’s not as scary as you think and by the end of the session you will soon forget that I am even there taking your picture!
